Snack

We will have snack each afternoon. Your child may bring his snack from home or purchase break at school.

If your child brings his break from home please make sure it is in some type of bag with their name. No cans, bottles or soft drinks are allowed.

If students purchase break at school they will be responsible for keeping their own break money. Our school will have the available snacks for purchase:

• Chips: 50 cents
• Rice Krispie Treat: 50 cents
• Nutri Grain Bar: 50 cents
• Goldfish Crackers: 25 cents
• Roll Up: 50 cents
• Fruit Snacks: 25 cents
• Animal Crackers: 25 cents
• Milk: 30 cents
• Juice: 25 cents
• Water: 50 cents
  

Forms, Forms and More Forms...

Thanks to everyone who attended Meet-n-Greet tonight. It was a pleasure meeting each one of you. I know this will be a successful year.

I just wanted to remind you that the following forms must be turned in on the first day of school.
The forms are:

• Student Enrollment Form (This is our information sheet)
• State of Alabama Health Assessment Record
• Parent Notification of Attendance Laws (Return only cover page)
• Health Fair Forms
• Library Form
• Emergency Form
• Textbook Form
  

These forms should only be returned as needed:

• Lunch Form (This is to be turned in with the youngest child in family)
• STI at Home (This allows you to review your child's grades at home for a $15 fee)

These forms should be kept at home:

• Title I Parent Involvement Plan
• Bibb County Board Of Education Medication Administration Overview
• Welcome brochure from Mrs. Barrow
